GaLoROI enables an autonomous on-board safe localisation of trains. The liable position information will be safe according to legal requirements and railway standardisation with a SIL equal or higher than 3, precise and track selective. GaLoROI will enable a more cost-efficient localisation of trains and will therefore be the base for more cost-effective railway operations life cycle in order to supply an emerging mass market of railway train control.
